Norfolk District Attorney's 2026 Summer Internship Program
EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2026:
The application window for the Norfolk District Attorney’s (NDAO) Summer 2026 Internship Program is now CLOSED.
The NDAO received more than 85 law student and college intern candidates. Therefore, candidate information received after January 31, 2026 will not be considered.

Norfolk District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey is now accepting applications for the 2026 NDAO Summer Internship Program. The Summer Internship Program runs for 8 weeks beginning Monday, June 1, 2026 through Friday, July 24, 2026. Interested applicants should forward a
cover letter and resume to the below listed names by January 31, 2026. Late applicants will not be considered. Interviews will be conducted,
and acceptance letters will be distributed on February 16, 2026. Internship positions are available for law students and college students.
